Information may also be submitted anonymously. An anonymous report regarding a violation of anti-corruption legislation will be considered if the information provided concerns a specific individual and contains factual data that can be verified.
An anonymous report does not qualify as a formal citizen appeal under the Law of Ukraine "On Citizens' Appeals"; therefore, its submission does not require a mandatory response to the person who submitted it.
The information you provide will be used by the Academy's management to decide whether to conduct an investigation or take other action in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption."
If you decide to submit a report regarding corruption and are willing to provide your contact details, we assure you that this information will not be disclosed to anyone without your explicit consent. You may also choose to remain anonymous; however, please note that investigating a case often requires additional information, and it may become necessary to contact you.
A report may be submitted by an individual or collectively by a group of persons.
