In order to simplify the process of obtaining requested information and to ensure the effective use of the online service in accordance with the Procedure for Processing Applications (Reports) and Requests from Individuals Regarding the Preparation and Issuance of Certificates of Study, Military Service, and employment at the National Academy of Internal Affairs, approved by Order No. 338 of the National Academy of Internal Affairs dated March 26, 2021, we would like to inform you of the benefits of submitting such requests by filling out the electronic form provided below.

Originals of certificates of study or service at the National Academy of Internal Affairs can be received by mail at the specified addresses or as scanned copies via email.

In order to properly comply with anti-epidemic measures , the issuance of certificates confirming enrollment to higher education students of all categories is carried out exclusively through academic advisors and/or course officers.

1. Certificates of enrollment are issued to all categories of individuals who are pursuing or have pursued higher education at the National Academy of Internal Affairs (NAIA)

2. Certificates from the place of employment are issued to commissioned and civilian personnel who are working or have worked at the National Academy of Internal Affairs

3. A certificate regarding a student based on data from the Unified State Electronic Database on Education (Appendix 9 to the PROCEDURE for the conscription of citizens into military service during mobilization and for a special period)
