The Museum of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has a scientific and cultural foundation, which includes the preservation, selection and selection of museum exhibits, monuments and materials that reveal the history of the organs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system of Ukraine, The forms and methods of their work in the fight against crime and the destruction of the rights and freedoms of citizens, highlight the peculiarities of law enforcement activities. The museum has collected over 12 thousand exhibits that highlight the process of establishment and organization of the central administrative bodies of the law enforcement system of Ukraine at various stages of its foundation: General Secretariat Internal Affairs (MIA) of the Ukrainian People's Republic of the Central Republic, MIA of the Ukrainian State of Hetman Pavlo Skoropadsky, MIA of the UPR before the Directory, Department of Internal Affairs of the Ukrainian SSR (URSR) and MIA of Ukraine. The area of twelve exhibition halls will be 650 sq. m. m. The exhibition presents archival documents, photographs, key legal acts, visible signs, symbols of the history and uniform of various historical periods. It is extremely valuable to develop collections of cold and inflammable disease collected from evildoers, small sums of money and documents, materials of resonant criminal records and verbal evidence, which illustrate the practical aspects of the fight against winter. malice. Another place in the exhibition space is occupied by the hall dedicated to the participation of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense in the fight against Russian aggression – from the period of the anti-terrorist operation at the gathering of powers to the current stage of a full-scale war. With the help of iconic exhibits, the role of law enforcement officers in protecting sovereignty, territorial integrity and the safety of communities is revealed. The memorial warehouse exposition is intended to preserve the memory of the fallen soldiers, formed by those aware of the price of freedom and loyalty to the state. Thematic exhibitions and expositions are actively promoted during the initial process of training auditors and cadets. The museum is an open space for dialogue between generations: it is led by schoolchildren and students, service veterans, representatives of large organizations, international delegations.
