Specialized Academic Council D 26.007.03 operates according to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Order № 1413 of October 24, 2017. The Council takes into consideration and conducts scientific debates of theses for the degree of Doctor (Candidate) of/in Law in the fields:

12.00.07 - Administrative Law and Procedure; Financial Law; Informational Law;

12.00.08 - Criminal Law and Criminology; Criminally-executive Law;

Head of the Specialized Academic Council – Doctor of Law, Professor Oleksandr Mykolayovych Dzhuzha, National Academy of Internal Affairs, Chief Scientific Researcher of the Department of Organization of Scientific Activity and Protection of Intellectual Property Rights.

Deputy of the Head of Specialized Academic Council – Doctor of Law, Professor Oleksiy Volodymyrovych Kopan, National Academy of Internal Affairs, Leading Researcher of the Scientific Laboratory of Problems with Counteracting Crime by Educational-scientific institute 1.

Scientific Secretary of the Specialized Academic Council – Candidate of Law, Docent Serhii Hryhorovych Bratel, National Academy of Internal Affairs, Professor of the Department of Police Law.

The term of office of the Specialized Scientific Council is until October 24, 2020.
