Official Visit of the Vice-Rector of the National Academy of Internal Affairs to the Republic of Estonia and the Federal Republic of Germany within the Framework of International Educational Cooperation
21-04-2025As part of international cooperation and with the support of the European Union Advisory Mission, the Vice-Rector of the National Academy of Internal Affairs, Police Colonel Stanislav Mozol, participated in a introductory visit to the Republic of Estonia and the Federal Republic of Germany as a member of the delegation from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
Together with representatives of the Department of Education, Science and Sports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Department of Human Resources of the National Police of Ukraine, and relevant institutions of higher and professional education, the Vice-Rector familiarized himself with the peculiarities of the functioning of the departmental education systems in these countries. This familiarization included visits to the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences, the Federal Police Academy, and the German Maritime Training Center.
The delegation conducted a thorough analysis of modern approaches to police training, recruitment mechanisms, and technological solutions integrated into the educational process. A key aspect of the visit was also the discussion of potential formats for future academic mobility of students and faculty, as well as the development of joint educational initiatives.
Vice-Rector of the National Academy of Internal Affairs Stanislav Mozol stated:
«Participation in such a visit is an opportunity to gain valuable experience from our European partners. We see real prospects for integrating best practices into the Academy’s educational process and for further developing international educational cooperation within the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine».
